Examples:
- Make or pick up food and bring when people are challenged by life - they or family are ill or otherwise suffering. That one food item will make their day. And you will be surprised at how good it feels
- Be uninhibited about cooking for yourself and others. Especially yourself. Follow your instincts of what you like and it will work out. Exact recipes are not necessary. Use your claws and live the Crawdaddy Life!
- Clean up as you go around your neighborhood. I know it feels funny picking up trash, but you will regret it later if you leave it there!
- Cut your neighbors grass, drop off flowers or drop a note if you can tell they are overwhelmed
- Mount a flag on the house of someone you know wants it but will never get around to it.
