Refund policy

All products in our store are custom-made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will work with our fulfillment partner to send you a free replacement or issue a refund.
